A practice Day with Dr Graham Mead

Connecting with ourselves can bring us into wholesome, constructive relationship with everything around us and that relationship can bring us to a deeper relationship with God and our life purpose.

In this workshop we will look at:

• The form and practice of connection inwardly and outwardly and how to evolve it

• The significance of character transformation and our general conduct

• The interplay of intention and attention with regard to practice and purpose

The majority of the day will involve attention and awareness integration practices. The practices will be layered to bring about a deep, embodied understanding of connection.
