InnerSense Live follows a group setting that leads each participant through a systematic understanding of the nature of mind and the fundamentals of internal awareness that, if pursued sincerely and correctly, will lead to a clarity and freedom of mind along with a deep appreciation of what it is to have an intimate sense of self (and no-self), and be at ease with one’s life. It’s a program about self-discovery, relationship and living truthfully, openly and powerfully in the world without manipulation of others nor compromise of oneself.

Wendy has trained extensively with me over the past 10 years and has a deep sincerity toward serious inner practice, that has become integral to her life. She has a wealth of experience in Yoga and breath work under her master in India, whom she visits yearly for 3 months. She is also a long time committed practitioner of Vipassana meditation. Any time spent with Wendy will be illuminating, transformative and fun, as she has a great sense of humour.
